AESSEAL has had its presence felt in Botswana since 2003-2004, through various local companies as our agents. The agents supplied and installed Mechanical Seals and Water Management systems to the mines. The board of directors decided to establish AESSEAL Botswana in 2013, and AESSEAL Botswana was born. We are currently based in the central district village of Letlhakane, which means small reed in Setswana.
AESSEAL Botswana will be part of Botswana’s history, as the country celebrates 50 years of independency on September 30. During the 49th independence celebrations, the President launched the roving torch, which will travel the whole country, visiting villages and show casing the torch. The final destination of the torch will be in the capital, Gaborone.
AESSEAL Botswana was present when the torch arrived in Orapa, a neighbouring village of Letlhakane.
Since its inception, AES Botswana has expanded the AESSEAL product range into various industries. These industries include Diamond mines, Salt and Ash mines, Power Corporations to name a few.
