In 2018 AESSEAL was awarded as the inaugural Business of Trust Champion by the Lord Mayor of London, and AESSEAL went through the same process of recognising employees globally with its very own AESSEAL Dragon Awards.
Over a period of 2 months, employees nominated worthy colleagues for categories such as Team Leader/Manager of the Year, Above and Beyond, Branch/Department of the Year and Apprentice of the Year, with and overall winner picking up the Managing Director’s Award for Exceptional Customer Service.
The 25th September was officially declared annually as ‘Dragon’s Day’ at AESSEAL, and the AESSEAL Dragon Awards commenced on this very same day, with one of our very own team members snatching up one of these sought after awards.
Ivan Selby, Operations Manager for AESSEAL South Africa received the ‘Above and Beyond’ award, ad was described as the epitome of perfection, taking tremendous pride in the work that he does. Always putting in work after hours, creating systems to ensure all processes work accordingly. He is precise, concise and always gives 200% of himself and the work that he does. Dedicated and motivated, always giving his best to ensure the best results. He will always find some way to ‘fit in’ assistance to anyone wherever he can. He is always prepared to assist in improving, creating and implementing, even when it stems out of his department.
