Q-SEAL is a fully integrated management system ensuring continuous improvement across Quality, Environment, Health and Safety and Training.

Our unique, patented range of pre-engineered components enables 10 million permutations to be configured so that we can rapidly assemble and dispatch solutions to suit your application faster and more cost-effectively than anyone else.
Our technology means machining programs can run automatically – increasing productivity, reducing programming times and costs.
Effective design combined with optimum machining and control of changes allows AESSEAL® to deliver products quickly and affordably. Additionally, our intelligent technology identifies potential issues, improving performance and efficiency.
To deliver sustained reliability performance, we test our products to their limits. Our test rigs can be programmed to validate seal designs against pre-determined criteria, including:
- Shaft speeds (to 45,000rpm)
- Challenging temperatures (280°C/536°F)
- High pressures (350 bar/5,000psi)

The dynamic team at AESSEAL Botswana (Pty) Ltd is responsible for stockholding, assembly and repair of mechanical seals, including provision of after sales service and sales of associated products. The application of Belzona epoxy polymeric corrosion, erosion and abrasion systems for rebuild, repair and protection of all types of industrial equipment.
AESSEAL Namibia (Pty) Ltd is part of the AESSEAL group of companies which is one of the world leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of reliability and environmentally focused products for rotating machinery. This includes mechanical seals, bearing seals and seal support systems.

AESPUMP is located in Secunda, South Africa.
Besides a lifting capacity enabling the repair of pumps up to 10 tons, the company has pump testing facilities to ISO 9906, is fully compliant with ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS18001, has merSETA approval for apprenticeship training; is BEE certified to Level 4 and has achieved green rating by Sasol Synfuels.
This facility has been approved as an accredited pump repair and service centre by Sundyne, KSB Pumps, Hidrostal, Ecochem Pumps, Franklin Electric, Netzsch, Helico and SS Pumps.
